静脉滴注低温生理盐水降温对家兔的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨静脉滴注低温生理盐水对家兔生命体征及血小板计数变化的影响。方法  2 4只家兔随机分成 3组 :低温盐水静滴组、对照组及体表降温组。观察各组动物生命体征、血小板计数变化及其他副反应。结果 低温盐水静滴组及体表降温组体温均可降至 35℃ ,维持亚低温 2 0小时 ,低温盐水组其余生命体征及血小板计数未见异常改变 ,而体表降温组心率减慢、血压下降。结论 静脉滴注低温生理盐水可使家兔达到亚低温状态 ,且对家兔无不良影响 ,它可用来作为家兔亚低温实验研究的一种降温方法。 Objective To investigate the variations of life signs and platelet by intravenous hypothermic normal saline in rabbits. Methods 24 rabbits were radomly divided into hypothermic normal saline group, control group and surface lower temperature group. We observed the efficiency of lowering temperature and variations of rabbits' life signs and complications. Results The temperature of hypothermic nomal saline group and surface lower temperature group decreased to 35℃. In hypothermic normal saline group, the life signs were stable, otherwise, decrease of heart rate and hypotension were found later. Conclusions Intravenous hypothermic normal saline can induce mild hypothermia state and it can be used as a lowering temperature method in mild hypothermia study.
