冠心病患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白和同型半胱氨酸与循环内皮细胞和内皮素相关性研究 被引量:41

Relationship between changes of the levels of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein, homocysteine and circulating endothelial cells, endothelin in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的 通过对 58例冠心病患者血浆中循环内皮细胞、内皮素、氧化低密度脂蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平的观察 ,探讨它们与动脉粥样硬化发生过程中的关系 ,以及氧化低密度脂蛋白和同型半胱氨酸与循环内皮细胞和内皮素之间的相关性。方法 分别用酶联免疫吸附法和高效液相色谱分析法测定血浆中氧化低密度脂蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平 ,同时测定血浆中循环内皮细胞和内皮素水平 ,进行对比和直线相关性分析。结果 冠心病组循环内皮细胞 :(7 78± 3 31 )cells/ 0 9μl,内皮素(98 1 4± 35 0 8)ng/L ,氧化低密度脂蛋白 (80 9 2 5± 31 1 89) μg/L ,同型半胱氨酸 (1 9 40± 7 0 3) μmol/L。对照组上述指标分别为 :(4 1 0± 1 60 )cells/ 0 9μl,(52 61± 1 5 71 )ng/L ,(438 2 4± 2 0 0 54) μg/L和(1 1 1 9± 2 94) μmol/L。两组比较P均小于 0 0 0 1。冠心病组氧化低密度脂蛋白与血浆循环内皮细胞、内皮素均呈正相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 92 6(P <0 0 0 1 )、0 979(P <0 0 0 1 ) ,同型半胱氨酸同样与循环内皮细胞、内皮素呈正相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 947(P <0 0 0 1 )、0 90 0 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,且冠心病组血浆循环内皮细胞和内皮素呈正相关 ,相关系数为 0 939(P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 氧化低密度脂? Objective To investigate the relationship between CEC, ET, ox LDL, Hcy and incidence of atherosclerosis (As), and the relationship between changes of levels of plasma ox LDL, Hcy and CEC, ET by observing changes of levels of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox LDL), homocystein(Hcy), circulating endothelial cells(CEC) and endothelin(ET) in 58 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) Methods The plasma Hcy levels were measured using high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection and the plasma ox LDL levels were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 40 normal control subjects and 58 patients with CHD The plasma CEC and ET levels were also determined The analysis of linear correlation was performed to estimate the relationship between these variables Results In CHD patients mean plasma CEC, ET, ox LDL and Hcy levels were (7 78±3 31) cells/0 9 μl, (98 14±35 08)ng/L, (809 25±311 89) μg/L and (19 40±7 03 ) μmol/L , respectively In the control subjects mean plasma CEC,ET,ox LDL and Hcy levels were(4 10±1 60)cells/0 9 μl, (52 61±15 71)ng/L, (438 24±200 54) μg/L and (11 19±2 94) μmol/L ,respectively The mean plasma CEC, ET, ox LDL and Hcy levels were significantly higher in CHD patients than in the control subjects( P <0 001) Linear correlation analysis showed that plasma ox LDL level was correlated positively with CEC ( r =0 926, P <0 001) and ET ( r =0 979, P <0 001) in patient with CHD Plasma Hcy level was also correlated positively with CEC ( r =0 947, P <0 001) and ET ( r =0 900, P <0 001) in patients with CHD Furthermore, plasma CEC level was also positively correlated with ET in patients with CHD ( r =0 939, P <0 001) Conclusion Oxidized low density lipoprotein and homocysteine may cause lesion and function change of the endothelial cells, which contributes to the development and growth of atherosclerosis
