未婚女性边缘性性行为致妊娠的原因分析

Analysis on the Causes of Pregnancy induced by Critical Sexual Activities in the Unmarried Women

对 17例因边缘性性行为导致妊娠 ,但处女膜完整者进行分析。由于医患双方性知识的贫乏及多种因素常使患者就诊延误 ,并容易误诊和漏诊 ,使早孕的早期确诊率仅为 5 2 94% (9/ 17) ,误诊率 41 17% (7/17) ,并可引起非医源性医疗纠纷。确诊后有 15例未婚者行人工流产并由医务人员人为破裂处女膜 ,患者极度痛苦并引发致严重的心理障碍 ,治疗后均好转。笔者呼吁政府有关职能部门应采取适当措施普及正确的性知识 ,常规开设女性性医学咨询门诊。现代的妇产科医师应更新观念和知识 ,尊重患者的隐私 ,除了解决她们的妊娠问题外 。

cases of pregnancies included 15 spinsters caused by critical sexual action without hymen rupture were retrospective analyzed. The etiology of above was lack of basic sexual knowledge and experiences so it caused the delaying of consultant and misdiagnosis. The early correct diagnostic rate was 52 94%(9/17), misdiagnostic rate was 41 17%(7/17), which induced no iatrogenic entanglement easily. After the diagnosis of first trimester pregnancies was confirmed, 15 cases of unmarried pregnant women wre chosen artificial abortion, but all of them suffered from serious psychological disorder. Fortunately, most were recovered to normal by the psychological therrapies. This study suggested that the government relevant departments should take obligated easures to make the public accept early sexual education and learn the correct sexual knowledge, establish female sexual special outpatient consultant division. the doctors should renew the sexual viewpoint and theories, respect patients' private secrets. In spite of resolving the trouble of pregnancies, they should help the patients to overcome their psychological disorder, give the patients suitable advice of sexual skill
