摘要
本文从经济学的角度 ,从交易费用和组织成本关系出发 ,并从市场经济的一个永恒主题经济人进行阐述 ,对乡村卫生一体化管理的实施效果进行分析 。
From economic view that economic person is the eternal topic under the market economy, the effectiveness of implementing integrated management of village and township health system was analyzed by the relationship of transactions cost and organizations cost. And the issues, which the government should deal with, are suggested as well.
