摘要
[目的 ]研究粉螨在药材中的生态位。 [方法 ]采用分层抽样选取三类药材 ,采用逻辑质方法分析其生态位。[结果 ]粉螨属与食酪螨在三类药材中生态位宽无逻辑差异性 (t≤ 0 .64 76,P >0 0 5 ) ,但孳生在清热与解表类药材中的位重叠具有显著差异 (t=3 0 98,P <0 0 5 ;t≤ 2 .2 90 2 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,在清热类和三类药材中粉螨与根螨属和食酪螨间孳生(分布 )有显著差异 (χ2 =6 82 5 ,P <0 0 5和 χ2 =165 43 2 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,而粉螨与食酪螨孳生 (分布 )在板兰根中无显著差异(χ2 =2 460 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,它们的种间协调系数都接近于 0 ,倾向于独立孳生。并定义了逻辑舟指标。 [结论 ]粉螨与食酪螨等生态位宽相近 ,位重叠相异 ,倾向于独立孳生 ;“逻辑舟”
To study niche of acaroid mites breeding in Chinese traditional medicinal materials (Grains stock) with the logical and qualitative research. 9 species of acaroid mites were isolated from 15 species of traditional medicinal material in 3 Grains stocks with the stratified sampling. There was no significant difference ( t ≤ 0.647 6 , P >0 05) in ecological niche breadth of acarus L. and Oudemans ,but the significant difference ( t =3 098, P <0 05; t ≤ 2.290 2 , P >0 05) in their niche overlaps. There was significant difference ( χ 2 =6 825, P <0 05) between acarus L. and Rhizoglyphus claparede species in Qing Ri group of Grains stock,and the same finding ( χ 2 =165 432, P <0 001) as acarus L. and Tyrophagus Putrescentiae in 3 Grains stocks,except for Radix Isatidis of Grains stock ( χ 2 =2 460, P >0 05). They might be a stronger independent breeding(or protocooperation) from their coefficient of interspecies association all near to 0.While logical china was defined as the relations of ecological niche breadth,overlaps and coefficient of interspecies association. [Conclusion] There are common niche breadth and different niche overlaps between acarus L. and Oudemans ;and they might be a stronger independent breeding. The logical china clarifies the relations of ecological niche breadth,overlaps and coefficient of interspecies association.
