Repair of the wound after providing intermediate thickness skin graft

目的 :观察植皮修复取中厚皮继发创面的疗效。方法 :取头部或下肢刃厚皮移植于取中厚皮区 ,观察其愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果 :取中厚皮区 5～ 7天愈合者 97 0 % ,愈后瘢痕增生较少。结论 :用刃厚皮修复取中厚皮区 ,明显缩短愈合时间 ,疗效好 。

Objective:To observe the effect of transplanting the thin split thickness skin to the wound after providing intermediate thickness skin graft.Methods:Thin split thickness skin in scalp or leg were derived and transplanted to the donor site of intermediate thickness skin graft.The healing time and hypertrophic scar were observed.Results:The rate of the healing in 5～7days was 97 0%,the hyperplasia scar was less after following up of half year to one year.Conclusion:Transplanting the thin split thickness skin to the wound can obviously shorten the healing time,the effect is better and the scalp is the first free skin graft donor site.
