摘要
近年的研究表明 ,环氧化酶 2 (COX 2 )在胃癌中的表达增强 ,且可能在胃癌的发生发展过程中起了较为重要的作用。COX 2的表达与胃癌的组织来源有关。COX 2表达于肿瘤细胞的胞浆中 ,且其表达受启动子CPG岛甲基化、NF kappaB及p5 3突变等因素调节。幽门螺杆菌感染可以使COX 2表达增强。使用COX 2特异性抑制剂可以干预COX 2的表达 ,抑制细胞增殖 。
Recent reports suggest that the expression of cyclooxygenase?2 (COX?2) is strong in gastric cancer.The high expression of COX?2 may play an important role in the process of the gastric carcinogenesis.The expression of COX?2 is relevant to the histogenesis of gastric carcinoma.COX?2 is localized in the cytoplasm of gastric carcinoma cells and its expression is regulated by CPG island's methylation in promoter,NF?kappa B and p 53 mutation.The infection of Helicobacter pylori increse the expression of COX?2.We could intervene the expression of COX?2,suppress proliferation and induce apoptosis by using specific COX?2 inhibitor.
