在各 30例的正常对照组、2型糖尿病患者磺脲类药物治疗有效组和继发性失效组进行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验 ,测定各时间点血糖、胰岛素和胰淀素水平 ,结果提示高糖刺激的胰淀素分泌量的增加可能与
Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT ) was performed in 3 groups consisting of normal controls (n=3 0), type 2 diabetic patients treated effectively with sulfonylurea (n =30) and cases of secondary sulfonylurea failure (n=30). Their blood glucose, insulin and amylin levels were measured at differen t time points during OGTT. The results suggest that the increment of amylin secr etion due to hyperglycemic stimulation may be involved in the pathogenesis of ty pe 2 diabetes and the secondary sulfonylurea failure.
