特发性视网膜血管炎的临床特征

Clinical Characteristics of Idiopathic Retinal Vasculitis

目的 :总结特发性视网膜血管炎患者的眼底改变 ,治疗效果和最佳手术时机。方法 :回顾性总结 2 13例 ( 32 1眼 )临床诊断为特发性视网膜血管炎并住院治疗的临床资料和部分患者随访结果。结果 :玻璃体积血 2 11眼 ( 6 5 7% ) ,血管白鞘 190眼 ( 5 9 2 % ) ,视网膜新生血管 12 6眼 ( 35 2 % ) ,视网膜脱离 89眼( 2 7 7% ) ,黄斑水肿 48眼 ,占 15 %。经过各种治疗后 ,平均视力提高 0 12。结论 :本病眼底表现复杂 ,以玻璃体出血 ,血管白鞘和视网膜出血最为多见。积极的治疗可以有效的改善视力 ,适合手术治疗的患者可尽早手术。

Objective:To study the clinical features and treatment results of idiopathic retinal vasculitis. Method:This is a retrospective study on 213 hospitalized patients and available patients in follow up. Results:Of the 321 eyes,vitreous bleeding was seen in 211 eyes(65.7%),vascular sheathing in 190(59.2%),neovascularization in 126(35.2%),retinal detachment in 89(27.7%),macular edema in 48 eyes(15%).After various therapy,the visual acuity improved 0.12 in average. Conclusions:Eales disease has very diversified fundus appearances,though vitreous bleeding,vascular sheathing and retinal hemorrhage are the most common signs.Active therapy can change its natural course.Early surgical intervention is advisable when it is indicated.
