摘要
本文通过间歇性外斜视术后应用同视机训练 ,设立训练组与对照组对 6 1例间歇性外斜视术后患者进行观察 ,训练组用同视机进行融合功能训练。经 6月的观察表明 ,训练组眼球回退率有明显降低 ,融合功能恢复率和融合范围明显提高 ,有显著性差异 ,(P <0 0 5 )。我们认为应用同视机对间歇性外斜视术后的患者进行训练对减少眼球回退是有帮助的。
Objective:to study the effect of synoptophore training after the operation of intermittent extropia. Methods:61 cases were observed after the intermittent extropia operation. Results:After training for six months,the deteriorative ratio had descended;the fusion function and scope had risen.It is notable different(P<0.05). Conclusions:Synoptophore training can decreased the deterioration after the intermittent extropia operation in some extent.
