摘要
本文以南宁市为实例,建立了场地岩土、灾害风险和费用分区三个定量评价模型,得出地质灾害的最佳防治对策、土地利用费用与附加费用以及依附加费用的场地分区,并应用建设部遥感中心P_2、P_3计算机制图设备绘制了南宁市土地利用控制系列图,缩写了南宁市土地利用控制条例,作为南宁市总体规划土地利用控制的科学依据。
Based on examples of Nanning city, three models are set up quantitatively, ground rock and soil model, disastrous risk mod(?)l and cost subdivision model, to get the best decision-making against geological disasters, land-use fees and additional fees and also the ground-zonning according to the additional fees.Series maps of land-use control in Nanning are drawn by using remote sensing cartography equipment P_2 and P_3 of Remote Sensing Centre of Ministry of Construetion.Regulations related to land-use control in Nanning are also compiled to be used as a scientific basis for the general planning of land-use control in Nanning city.
