Adjustments of the Contracted Farm Land in Rural China

本文在对农村承包地调整的形式、原因进行描述后 ,利用多元回归模型分析了影响 农村承包地调整的因素。研究发现 ,人均耕地面积、机动地比例、土地流转程度、土地负担 水平、第二和第三产业比重、两田制、有无承包合同等都对承包地小调整有显著影响 ;能影 响承包地大调整的因素不多 ;村干部行为对农村承包地调整的影响在统计上不显著。最 后 。

After describing the type and the reason of the contracted-land adjustment, the author analyzes the factors to influence the land adjustment by multi-regression model. Per capita land area of the sample villager's groups, the ratio of flexible land to total farm-land, the volume of land transfer, taxes and fees levied per mu, the share of the secondary and tertiary industries, the implementation of 'Grain-ration Field and Responsibility Field', and the first round land contract influence the times of the small-sized adjustment. There are not many factors influencing the large-sized adjustment. The behaviors of the village cadre have no significant impact on the land adjustment.
