摘要
目的 研究酪氨酸激酶EphB2在脑膜瘤中如何表达 ,以及与血管生成的关系 ,并探讨血管生成的可能发生机制。方法 收集 4 4例脑膜瘤病人手术切除的肿瘤标本和作为对照的 14例正常脑膜标本 ,经 4 %的福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋。采用免疫组化的方法分析、评价EphB2在不同类型的脑膜瘤中表达情况及血管生成情况 ,并探讨它们之间的关系。结果 (1)EphB2在 4 4例脑膜瘤标本中的表达情况 :“4”级 7例 ,“3.5”级 5例 ,“3”级 6例 ,“2 .5”级 2例 ,“2”级 8例 ,“1”级 13例 ,“0”级 3例 ,平均“2 .19”级 ;(2 )EphB2在 14例正常脑膜中表达情况 :“1”级 4例 ,“0”级 10例 ;(3) 4 4例脑膜瘤标本中血管生成情况 :“4”级 2例 ,“3.5”级 3例 ,“3”级 10例 ,“2 .5”级 4例 ,“2”级 8例 ,“1”级 10例 ,“0”级 7例 ,平均“1.88”级。结论 (1)EphB2在多数脑膜瘤细胞质中表达 ;(2 )EphB2在脑膜瘤中表达与血管生成呈正相关 ,提示EphB2参与脑膜瘤血管生成。
Objective To detect the expression of receptor tyrosine kinase EphB2 as well as its relationship to angiogenesis in meningiomas, and explore the possible mechanism of angiogenesis in meningiomas, and probe into a new strategy for antitumoral remedy. Methods Meningiomas tissue samples from 44 patients who underwent surgery at Daping Hospital were examined for the extent of expression of immunoreactive EphB2. In order to compare and statistically infer with meningiomas tissue samples, as control group, 14 normal meninges coming from patients experienced operation were also examined for immunoreation. Results (1) The expression of EphB2 in the majority of 44 cases meningiomas as follows, 4 scale 7 cases, 3.5 scale 5 cases, 3 scale 6 cases, 2.5 scale 2 cases, 2 scale 8 cases, 1 scale 13 cases, 0 scale 3 cases, mean scale 2.19. (2) Ten of the 14 normal meninges have no expression of EphB2, only 4 show minimal (1 scale) expression of EphB2.(3) Angiogenesis in the 44 cases : 4 scale 2 cases, 3.5 scale 3 cases, 3 scale 10 cases, 2.5 scale 4 cases, 2 scale 8 cases, 1 scale 10 cases, 0 scale 7 cases, mean scale 1.88.Conclusion (1) The majority of meningiomas expressed EphB2 in the cytoplasm. (2) There is positive correlation between EphB2 expressed in the cytoplasm and meningioma vascularity, and it shows that EphB2 take part in meningioma angiogenesis.
