血清CRP、PA、CK-MB、cTnI测定在急性心肌梗死中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 为探讨急性时相反应蛋白CRP、PA及CK MB、cTnI在急性心肌梗死中的诊断价值。方法 观察急性心肌梗死(AMI) 4 0例 ,分别观察血清CRP、PA及CK MB、cTnI在AMI疾病中的变化。结果 AMI胸痛发生后 4h ,CRP的敏感性最高 ,CK MB次之 ,但均明显高于cTnI和PA。发病 12h后 ,CRP、PA、CK MB均具有较高的阳性检出率。cTnI阳性出现早且持续时间较长 ,其敏感度及特异性明显优于CK MB。而CRP在AMI时可出现较高的阳性率且持续时间长 ,但特异性较差。血清PA则阳性率较低 ,诊断意义较小。结论 cTnI对于AMI最具诊断价值。cTnI与CRP、CK MB一起相互补充 。
