狗脊髓中央管室管膜上皮的超微结构特征 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨狗脊髓中央管室管膜上皮细胞的超微结构特点 ,并分析其在脑脊液循环及脑脊液 脊髓屏障中的作用。方法应用扫描和透射电子显微镜观察。结果发现狗脊髓中央管室管膜上皮由单层立方、柱状或假复层细胞组成 ,核圆形或椭圆形位于细胞基部 ,胞浆内细胞器丰富 ,其游离端具有大量纤毛和微绒毛 ,并可见散在或成簇分布的大小不等的微顶浆分泌泡 ;相邻细胞间具有明显的紧密连接及基底间隙。结论脊髓中央管室管膜上皮是脑脊液—脊髓屏障的重要结构 ,并在脑脊液的分泌和重吸收过程中 。 ObjectiveTo study the ultrastructural ch aracteristic of ependymal epithelium on the central canal of the spinal cord in dogs as well as its functions on the cerebrospinal fluid circulation and cerebrospinal fluid spinal cord barrier. MethodsObserving by transmission and scanning electron microscopic method.ResultsThe ependymal epithelium of the central canal in dogs was mainly simple cuboidal, columnar or pseudostratified cells, with an spherical or oval nucleus located in the basal part. There were many organelles in its cytoplasm. On the free face of the ependymal epithelium plentiful cilia and microvilli were observed. Besides, scattered or clustered microapocrinal vesicles in different size could be found. The tight junction and basal intercellular space are quite clear between the neighbouring epithelial cells.ConclusionThe epithelium of the central canal was important structure of cerebrospinal fluid spinal cord barrier and at the same time played active biological functions during the secretion and obsorption of the cerebrospinal fluid as well.
