摘要
目的研究肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能和血清一氧化氮 (NO)及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)含量的变化规律 ,以探讨肺癌的免疫发病机制。方法应用形态学方法检测RBC C3bRR、RBC ICR、NTER ;采用化学比色法测定血清NO及NOS含量。结果肺癌患者RBC C3bRR、NTER均显著低于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1) ;而RBC ICR、血清NO及NOS含量均显著高于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1)。术后患者RBC C3bRR、NTER较术前明显升高 (P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 5 ) ,但仍低于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1) ;而RBC ICR、血清NO及NOS含量较术前明显降低 (均P <0 .0 1) ,但仍高于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1)。另外 ,肺癌患者RBC C3bRR与血清NO及NOS含量呈显著负相关 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能和血清NO及NOS含量均发生了明显改变 ,联合检测这些免疫指标对肺癌发病机理探讨。
ObjectivesTo study the changing rule of erythrocyte immune functions, serum NO contents and NO synthase(NOS)activity in lung cancer patients, with the aim at exploring the immuno pathogenesis of lung cancer.MethodsThe RBC C 3b 's rosette rate(RBC C 3b RR),RBC inmmune complex rosette(RBC ICR) and nature tumor erythocyte rostte(NTER) in lung cancer patients were detected using morphological method, whereas their serum NO contents and NOS activity were estimated by colorimetric techniques. The results obtained were analyzed statistically.ResultsThe RBC C 3b RR and NTER in 36 patients with lung cancer were all lower than those in 50 controls (P<0.01); while RBC ICR, serum NO contents and NOS activity were significantly higher than those of controls(P<0.01). Meanwhile, 20 samples collected from the patients on the tenth day or nearby before and after removal of the tumor were detected for comparison study. The result showed that after tumor resection, RBC C 3b RR and NTER in patients were significantly higher than those detected before operation (P<0.01;0.05 respectively), but still lower than those of the controls(P<0.01);RBC ICR, serum NO contents and NOS activity in patients were significantly lower than those detected before operation(P<0.01),but still higher than those of controls(P<0.01). It was also found that the RBC C 3b RR exhibited a negative correlation with serum NO contents and NOS activity(P<0.01).ConclusionsAn obvious change of erythrocyte immune functions, serum NO contents and NOS activity has been observed in lung cancer patients, the combined detection of these immune parameters would contribute to the exploration of immuno pathogenesis, following up of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis in lung cancers.
