肿瘤的发生从遗传学角度上来说是一种基因病。在分子水平上,肿瘤的发生常涉及多基因参与,是一个多阶段、多步骤的复杂的生物学过程。而肿瘤分子诊断则是伴随细胞分子生物学理论和技术迅速发展而产生的一种新型诊断技术,并已日趋完善,尤其是DNA芯片技术、DNA生物传感技术的研究,其前景更是令人瞩目的。可以预见,随着肿瘤分子诊断水平的提高,人类将最终认清肿瘤的本质并攻克肿瘤。

Tumor' s occurreuce is a kind of gene disease according to the genetics .On the num erator level,the tumor often involves the gene of participation and it is a biology process that has many stages,and steps.But t he tumor numerator examination accompanied with the development of cell molecul ar biology theory and technique is a k ind of new diagnosis technique,which grad ually approaches to perfect.Especially the study of DNA chip's techniqu e and the biology sensing technique of DNA,its foreground makes itself the focus of attention.It is predicted that the im-provment of tumor molecular diagnosis will make mankind recognize the essence of tumor and kill it eventually
