本实验观察了银杏叶提取物 (EGB)对大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞 /再灌注后动物的神经病学评分、脑组织含水量、脑梗塞体积和脑组织的病理学变化的影响 ,提示
The pathological mechanism of ischemic neuronal damage and death is more complicated and has not completely clear. We study the effect of EGB on the neurologic impairment,water containing level, infarct volume,pathological change by the animal model of middle cerebral artery (MCAo)ischemia/reperfusion . The results show that the EGB has a obvious beneficial effect on focal ischemia/reperfusion.
