摘要
目的 :探讨羟基磷灰石 (hydroxyapatite,HA)诱导根尖形成的性能。方法 :选择 90例根尖未发育完成合并牙髓病或根尖病的年轻恒牙 ,分 3组分别充填 HA糊剂 ,氢氧化铝糊剂 (Ca(OH) 2 )氧化锌丁香油糊剂 (ZOE)诱导根尖形成于治疗后 1年、2年随防评价临床疗效。结果 :HA糊剂、Ca(OH) 2 糊剂、ZOE糊剂 3组疗效无显著性差异。结论
Objective:To study the ability of hydroxyapatite in apexfication. Method:Ninty young secondary teeth were selected,which hadn't completed their development due to pulposis or apicitis.They were divided randomly into 3 groups and filled with hydroxyapatite paste, Ca(OH) 2 paste and ZOE respectively to induce the formation of the root apex.Follow up was performed 1 and 2 year after the treatment .Result: There were no remarkable differences among the groups of HA paste, Ca(OH) 2 paste and ZOE.Conclusion:HA paste can be used in apexification.
