三精锐普降糖仪在糖尿病治疗过程中胰高血糖素水平的变化

The effects of Sanjing Ruipu sugar-reducing device on glucagon during diabetic therapy

目的 :观察三精锐普降糖仪在治疗糖尿病过程中血胰高血糖素的变化 ;方法 :(1)临床实验观察了 12名非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者治疗前后空腹血糖 (FBS) ,胰高血糖素水平的变化 ;(2 )动物实验 :取 32只 Wistar大鼠分为 4组 :A正常对照组 ,B糖尿病对照组 ,C糖尿病大鼠治疗一次组 ,D糖尿病大鼠治疗 10次组 ,在治疗前后分别测 FBS作自身对照 ,同时在治疗前后测胰高血糖素作组间对照 ;结果 :(1)临床经验 :FBS在治疗后显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰高血糖素在治疗后下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,(2 )动物实验 :A,B,C组 FBS无显著性改变 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,D组在治疗后 FBS下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰高血糖与 B组比较上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论

Objective:To examine the level of glucagon before and after diabetic treatment by Sanjing Ruipu sugar-reducing device Methods:①Clinical test:12 non-Insulin-dependant diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)patients's fasting blood sugar(FBS)and blood glucagon were observed before and after treatment,②Animal test:32 wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:A normal group,B diabetic control group,C therapeutic group(once)and D,therapeutic group(10 times). We examined FBS before and after treatment,and at the same time,we examined glucagon only after treatment,Results:①Clinical test:FBS decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and so did glucagon(P<0.01),②Animal test:FBS of A,B and C group didn't change much(P>0.05),D group's FBS decreased and glucagon rised obviously compared with B group(P<0.05),Conclusion:Sanjin Ruipu sugar-reducing device has effects on diabetic patients and rats by reducing glucagon?
