肿胀性红斑狼疮1例

Lupus erythematosus tumidus:a case report

患者男,36岁。因面部、双上肢和背部反复起水肿性红斑2年。实验室检查免疫学指标均正常,皮损直接免疫荧光检查阴性。组织病理检查示真皮浅层和深层血管周围以及附属器周围有淋巴细胞、组织细胞浸润。阿新蓝染色在真皮胶原纤维束间有大量黏蛋白沉积。

A36-year-old man presented with recurrent edematous erythema on the face,both upper extremities and back for2years.Immunologic examinations were normal.Direct cutaneous immunofluorescence was negative.The histopathological ex-ami nation of the skin lesion showed lymphohistiocytic infiltration in the superficial and deep perivasculatures and around ap-pendages of the skin.Alcian blue stain showed abundant mucin deposition in collagen bundles of dermis.
