摘要 目的:探讨大疱性类天疱疮(BP)患者辅助T细胞(Th)1/Th2亚群的平衡状态及其在发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法检测BP患者血清、疱液及外周血单个核细胞培养上清中白介素(IL)-2、IL-5、IL-13和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量。结果:BP患者血清和培养上清中IL-5、IL-13和IFN-γ水平明显升高,而IL-2水平降低;疱液中上述4种细胞因子水平均增高。故BP患者Th1/Th2亚群的平衡状态发生漂移,表现为Th2占优势。结论:Th1/Th2亚群的失平衡与BP的发病密切相关,通过纠正Th1/Th2亚群的失平衡来治疗BP有一定的临床价值。 Objective:To study the balance of helper T cells,their pathogenetic role and clinical significance in patients with bullous pemphigoid(BP).Methods:Levels of cytokines,IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-5and IL-13,were detected by ELISA in serum,blister flu id and supernatant of cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells from15cases with bullous pemphigoid.Results:The levels of IL-5,IL-13,and IFN-γwere higher than those of controls in both the serum and culture supernatant,and the level of IL-2was lower.In blister fluid,the levels of the above4cytokines increased.These data indicated that there was high expression of Th2cell and low expression of Th1cell in BP patients.Conclusions:The unbalance of Th1and Th2cells may be closely relat-ed to the pathogenesis of BP.To correct the unbalance of Th1/Th2cells may be valuable in clinical practice.
