对于挥鞭样损伤仍存在很多争论 ,其以颈痛和头痛为主要临床表现 ,但又常伴有眩晕、耳鸣、视力障碍、注意力不集中、上肢痛及背痛等其他症状。此外 ,对于挥鞭样损伤影像学检查方法的选择也比较复杂 ,亟待对其规范化。本文对挥鞭样损伤的临床表现和影像学检查 。

Whiplash injuries continue to be a controversial clinical condition characterized by neck pain and headache. However,in many cases patients experience additional symptoms of dizziness,tinnitus,visual disturbance,concentration difficulties,and arm and back pain. In addition,imaging needs of whiplash victims are complex and it is imperative to have a systematic approach to the various imaging modalities that can be applied. This article comprehensively reviews the clinical symptoms associated with whiplash injuries,and the imaging of cervical spine since it is the primary region of interest in the investigation of whiplash injuries.
