摘要
采用硅胶柱层析对刺蒺藜 (Tribulus terrestris L.)的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化 ,应用理化常数测定和光谱 (IR,EI- MS,1 H- NMR,1 3C- NMR)分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。分离并鉴定了 7个化合物 ,分别为 β-谷甾醇 (β- sitosterol, )、胡萝卜苷 (dancosterol, )、大黄素 (emodin, )、大黄素甲醚 (physcion, )、蒺藜酰胺 (terrestriamide, )、N-反式 -对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺 (N- trans- feruloyltyram ine, )和 N-反式 -对羟基苯乙基咖啡酰胺 (N- trans- caffeoyltyramine, )。其中化合物 , ,
The solvent extraction and silica column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents and their structures were identified by physico chemical properties and spectra analysis (IR,MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR).Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β sitosterol(Ⅰ),dancosterol (Ⅱ),emodin(Ⅲ),physcion(Ⅳ),terrestriamide(Ⅴ),N trans feruloyltyramine (Ⅵ)and N trans caffeoyltyramine(Ⅶ). Compound Ⅲ,Ⅳ andⅦ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
