摘要
一、引论 热经济学的关键问题之一,是(火用)的价格化,这也是(火用)分析走向实用化的必由之路。热电联产是节能的重要手段,但在我国联产供热却长期亏损。原因很多,热电成本分摊的理论与方法是一条重要原因。我国现行的“热量法”显然不合理,近年来不少作者进行了探讨。
Based on the incidence matrix discribing the system characteristics and the F-P-R proposition developed by A. Valero et al., this paper puts forward a matrix method for analysing and allocating the general cost to the steam extractions and the electricity produced by a coge-neration plant. Its application to a practical problem of such analysis and allocation shows accuracy and reasnableness in the results. The method with a computer program is quite intuitive, simple and timesaving. It can be applied for solving practical problems. In the paper, a case study on a cogeneration system composed of a nation-made turbine with double extractions, of type CC50-90/13/1.2 is also revealed.
