摘要
薄型材料热物性测试的难点在于温度测点的设置,小温差的准确测量,减小附加热阻以及消除附加热阻对准确测试的影响。关于后一个论题已有论文发表,本文只对前几个问题进行分析和实验研究。 一、关于温度差的准确测量 对于厚度为0.05—0.5mm的薄型材料,测温点如设置在试材两侧。
In this paper, the experiment for test method of thermal property of thin material are analyzed and realized. In consists of setting the measuring point of temperature, accurate measurement of small temperature difference, reduction appendant thermal resistance, elimination of the influence of appendant thermal resistance to accurate measurment and rational determination of the thickness of material to be tested. Finally part of the data of measurment of tested materials are listed.
