文章对湖北可持续发展面临的环境问题及其产生的原因作了深入分析 ,并提出了通过加强地方立法 ,严格执法等法治手段促进湖北可持续发展的现实路径。

In the article the author analyses the causes of environmental problems for the sustainable development in Hubei,and points out some measures such as local legislation and law enforcement on environment protection,to assure the sustainable development in Hubei.
