摘要
本文采用试验与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了Y型喷咀空间雾化机理和表征雾化质量的平均滴径及滴径分散度的计算公式,能较好地反映喷咀结构参数和运行参数对雾化质量的影响,可为Y型喷咀(尤其高粘度液体燃料喷咀)提供新的设计方法。
In this paper, Volumetric atomizing mechanism of twin-fluid atomizer is proposed. Furthermore, formulas for calculating the mean drop size and the drop size distrbution which used for indicating atomizing performance have been presented by using experimental and theoretic analysis. These formules can reflect the effect of the geometrical and operational variables on the atomizing performance more accurately. This paper can provide new design method for Y-type atomizers (esp. high- viscosity fluid atomizers).
