摘要
本文首次提出了一种可实现原油、天然气、水三相流流量在线测量的三相流量计。微波衰减测量技术被用来测量三相流总流的含水量,电容传感器测出其中的油、水比率。三相总流量的测量应用相关分析方法。实验表明,这种流量计具有无运动部件、耐磨、不结垢、不堵砂等优点。具有较大的应用前景。
This paper is the first to present an on line oil/gas/water three-phase flowmeter. Microwave attenuation technique is used to measure water phase fraction. Capacitance transducer is used to measure oil/water ratio. The overall flowrate of three-phase mixture is measured by cross-correlation analysis. The experiments showed that this flowmeter had no moving parts, not-invasive measurement. It is suitable in many kinds of oil well to measure the individual flowrates of crude oil, natural gas and water mixture.
