摘要
分析了股份回购同每股收益和每股净资产之间的关系 .提出了通过股份回购减持国有股和调整资本结构的设想 .
The relationship between share repurchase and EPS was analysed. Projects about decrease of share and adjustment of capital structure were proposed.
