摘要
文章研究了哌啶荒酸哌啶(PDPC)与 Ni(Ⅱ)显色反应的条件,确定在pH=5 0左右的条件下形成黄色络合物,络合物组成比为Ni(Ⅱ):PDPC=1:2,可见光区最大吸收波长=400nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=49×10-1L·mol-1·cm-1,应用拟定方法测定合成水样中Ni(Ⅱ)含量,结果满意。
Piperidine dithiocarbamate piperidine(PDPC) is a new colour reagent for the determination of Ni(Ⅱ) at pH4.5-6.0. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.49×104L·mol-1 cm-1 for Ni( Ⅱ)-complex(Ni(Ⅱ) :PDPC = 1:2) at 400nm. The method is applied to determine trace Ni(Ⅱ) in synthetical water sample with satisfactory results.
