摘要
本文对塔式锌精馏炉换热器结渣问题的原因进行了详细的试验和分析,确认烟气温度、氧化锌在换热器上停留时间及氧化锌中的铅含量是结渣的三大因素,而结渣与炉子的供风方式无关,提出了在生产中避免结渣操作清扫方式。
This paper tested and analysed on the cavse of slag - bonding in tower mode zinc distillation column and confirmed the three factors: gas temparature. ZnO stayed for atime on heat exchanger and lead contentvn ZnO, and proved that slag - bonding had nothing to do with model of ventillation. some cleaning means have been put forward.
