摘要
在分析莱尼斯法缺点的基础上,对钛醇盐合成方法作了改进。利用自制的新鲜钛乙醇盐为原料。研究了醇盐水解法制备高纯、微细、单分散TiO_2粉末的工艺。所得TiO_2微粉理化性质及用其做成的PTC电阻器的电性能全部达到有关电子陶瓷厂的技术要求。研究表明,醇盐水解法是一种很有希望和发展前景的新方法,它在超微粉制造工艺中具有潜在优势和实际意义。
Nelles'synthesis method of Ti(OEt)_4has been improved. Preparation of high-purity,fineand monodisperse TiO_2 powders via the hydrolysis ofTi(OEt)_4 is studied by using self-derived fresh Ti(OEt )_4.The physico-chemical properties of the TiO_2micropowder and electro-characters of PTC resistorsmade from these TiO_2 powders meet with thetechnical demands of electroceramic factories.Investigations show that titanium alkoxide hydrolysis is a good method for the preparation of TiO_2 powdersand TiO_2 based ceramics.
