摘要
研究了以工业钨酸为原料用均相反应制备高纯粉状钨酸的新工艺─“氨净化─络合制浆─酸分解新工艺”。对影响氨净化及酸分解的一些因素作了详细探讨,找到了一种能改变APT特性的溶剂,确立了相应的工艺参数,并在所拟工艺条件下制得高纯粉状钨酸10kg,纯度≥4N,平均粒度0.59μm,化学活性高,氨溶性好,操作简便,工艺稳定,转化率高(总平均转化率为89.64%),易实现工业化。
A new process for preparing high-purity tungstic acid by homogeneous reaction withindustrial tungstic acid was discussed.Some factorswhich affected ammonia purification and aciddigestion were studied.Asolvent which could changethe specific propenties of APT was obtained.Thenew process was sirnple and stable and was easy forindustrial application,The transformation rate wasas high as 89.64 percentage. The product manufactured by the new process,with the rate ofpurity higher than 99.99 percentage and the averageparticle size of 0.59μm,had high chemical activityand ammonla solvability.
