摘要
本文比较系统地研究了塑料对粘结钕铁硼复合永磁的磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果在明,塑料种类与粘结NdFeB室温磁性能无关,而对高温下的磁性能和粘结强度有显著影响。塑料含量增加,粘结NdFeB的B_r、bH_e、(BH)max降低,而Hc值略有增大趋势,并且表明尼龙等塑料粘结NdFeB具有高的磁性能和粘结强度。
The effect of plastic on magnetic andmechanic properties of bonded NdFeB compoundmagnet has been systematically researched. It showsthat the types of plastic are irrelevant to magneticproperties of bonded NdFeB at room temperature,but greatly effect on magnetic properties and bondedstrength at high temperature.B_r、 bHc and( BH)maxwill decrease with the increasing of amount of plasticcomposition in bonded NdFeB,but jHc will increaseslightly. It is also found that NdFeB magnet bondedby PA has superior magnetic properties and bondedstrength
