摘要
本文综合评价了微波陶瓷的近期研究进展,并对研究最多的3个材料系统分别于以概括介绍。这3个系统是:BaO─Ln_2O_3─TiO_2(Ln=La,Nd,Sm)系,BaO─TiO_2系和AO_3(A=Ba,Sr;B’=Mg,Zn;B″=Ta,Nb)系,内容包括配比、工艺、性能、应用以及预期的进展。
The recent progresses on microwaveceramics is reviewed in this paper;Three materialsystems which are widely investigated at present aregenerally outlined.The systems are BaO─TiO_2,BaO─Ln_2O_3─TiO_2(Ln=La,Nd,Sm)and AO_3(A=Ba,Sr;B′=Mg,Zn;B″=Ta,Nb)respectiuely.The composition,processing,properties andapplications of the systems are summerized,andsome prospects related to the development ofmicrowave ceramics are proposed。
