微波介质陶瓷的近期研究进展

Recent Progresses on Microwave Ceramics

本文综合评价了微波陶瓷的近期研究进展，并对研究最多的３个材料系统分别于以概括介绍。这３个系统是：ＢａＯ─Ｌｎ＿２Ｏ＿３─ＴｉＯ＿２（Ｌｎ＝Ｌａ，Ｎｄ，Ｓｍ）系，ＢａＯ─ＴｉＯ＿２系和ＡＯ＿３（Ａ＝Ｂａ，Ｓｒ；Ｂ’＝Ｍｇ，Ｚｎ；Ｂ″＝Ｔａ，Ｎｂ）系，内容包括配比、工艺、性能、应用以及预期的进展。

The recent progresses on microwaveceramics is reviewed in this paper;Three materialsystems which are widely investigated at present aregenerally outlined.The systems are BaO─TiO_2,BaO─Ln_2O_3─TiO_2(Ln=La,Nd,Sm)and AO_3(A=Ba,Sr;B′=Mg,Zn;B″=Ta,Nb)respectiuely.The composition,processing,properties andapplications of the systems are summerized,andsome prospects related to the development ofmicrowave ceramics are proposed。
