摘要 本文利用北京同步辐射白光形貌术研究了辽宁天然金刚石晶体的缺陷问题。实验结果表明,金刚石晶体中存在有位错、生长带和孪晶等缺陷。文中对位错进行了详细讨论,并确定其特征量。 The crystal defects in naturaldiamond witch is fro Liaoning Province in China are studied by Synchrotron radiationwhite-light topography.The experimentalresults show that,there are several defectssuch as dislocations,growth bands and twinboundaries in the natural diamonds.Adetailed discussion is given to thedislocations,of which the characteristicvectors aredetermined.
