摘要
熔断温度是热熔断体的主要性能指标。用感温合金制作的热熔断体的熔断温度呈几率分布。正确的成分设计和组织设计并考虑在面氧化膜的去除和提高液态合金表面张力,可控制熔断温度偏差在要求范围之内。根据熔断温度偏差,只有共晶成分合金和近共晶成分的部分共晶合金才适合于制作热熔断体。
The fusing-off temperatures ofthermal-links made from heat-sensitive alloys presentprobability distribution。The fusing-off temperaturescan be controlled by the fusing off tolerance throughreasonable composition and nucrostructure design,throw away the oxidic film and increasing surfacetension。According to the fusing-off tolerance,onlythe alloys with euteLtic composition and a part ofnoneutectic composition near eutectic composition canbe used to prepare the thermal-links。
