摘要
合成了新荧光试剂2.3-二羟喹喔啉(DHQX),并研究了Pb(Ⅱ)对它的荧光熄灭作用,建立了荧光熄灭法测定食醋中的微量Pb(Ⅱ),检出线性范围为0~75pg/25mL,结果满意。
A new fluorescent reagent 2, 3-dihydroxyl quinoxaline (DHQX) has been synthesized and characterized by IR and elemetal analysis. It is used for the determination of trace Pb(Ⅰ) in vinegar. DHQX shows an intense fluorescence at λ/λem= 328/414nm. The reaction of Pb (Ⅱ) with DHQX takes place in the pH range of 2. 7-3. 4 with maximal fluorescence quenching. The linear range of detection was found to be 0 ~ 75μg/25mL with satisfactory results.
