摘要
以乙醇胺、丁酮和二氯乙酰氯为原料,一锅法合成了标题化合物,产率达68.3%。产物通过元素分析、MS、IR和1HNMR确定,并对产物进行了生物活性的初步测定。
The title compound was synthesized by one-pot method from ethanolamine, butanone and dichloroacetyl chloride and characterized by elemental analysis, 1HNMR.MS and IR. Under the optimum conditions:benzene acted as sol vent, temperature was -10--5℃ and
reaction time was lh,the yield of the title compound was 68. 3%. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound showed the activity of protecting wheat from butachlor injury.
