摘要
芳香腈在酸、碱或酶的催化下一般可以水解成芳香羧酸。通过比较不同反应条件下的水解产率,发现在酸性条件下水解反应无法进行,而在碱性介质中可以水解,并且当氢氧化钠与2-氨基-5硝基苯甲腈以摩尔比为1.5:1时,水解的产率最高,达到78.7%。
Aromatic nitrile can be hydrolyzed to corresponding aromatic acid in the presence of base,acid or enzyme. By comparison of the hydrolytic yields under different conditions.it was found that 2-amino-5-nitrobenzoni-trile can be well hydrolyzed under reflux with basic catalyst, but not acidic. Furthermore,when the molar ratio of the base to nitrile is 1. 5 :-1 ,the yield is the best.
