稀土在化学镀制备钯无机复合膜中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 在传统的化学镀镀液中分别添加 Y- L a、Y- Pr和 Y- Nd等混合稀土制备钯 /α- Al2 O3无机复合膜。重点研究了在镀液中添加混合稀土对钯的沉积速度、镀膜温度和膜表面结构的影响 ,并用扫描电镜对钯膜表面形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明 :在镀液中分别添加适量的 Y- L a、Y- Pr和 Y- Nd等混合稀土 ,可提高镀速 31%~ 6 0 %、降低镀温 10℃~ 2 0℃、缩小钯膜的晶核尺寸和提高膜的致密性。 The mixed rare earths of Y La, Y Pr and Y Nd were respectively added into the plating solution of traditional electroless plating to prepare palladium inorganic composite membrane in this paper More attentions were paid to the studies of the effects of the rare earths on the Pd deposition rate, plating temperature and membrane surface structure The membrane surface structure was evaluated by SEM The experimental results show that the additions of suitable amount of mixed rare earths (Y La, Y Pr,Y Nd )into the traditional plating solution can increase the Pd deposition rate by 31%~60%, reduce the plating temperature by 10℃~20℃, shrink the size of metal crystals and improve the film density compared to those by traditional electroless plating The thickness of the prepared palladium top layer is about 5μm
