摘要 本文研究了低压气相色谱固定相新戊二醇己二酸聚酯 ( NPGA)薄涂柱的热力学特性 ,测定了最佳色谱条件下的溶解焓 ( ΔH)、比保留体积 ( Vg)、气化热 ( ΔHS) ,并与常压色谱柱进行了比较。应用于污水样品分离 。 In this paper, thermodynamic performance of low pressure and thin coated column in gas chromatography and its application were described. A column (1 m in length and 3 mm in i.d.) packed with 0.5% NPGA on glazing support 302(Φ0.18~0.25 mm) was used. Dissolution enthalpy (ΔH), specific retention volume (Vg), gasification heat under optimum conditions of chromatography were determined. The results show that the thermodynamic value are less in low pressure than in ordinary pressure. The method was applied to the separation of organic compounds in waste water with satisfactory results.
