摘要
研究了卡那霉素 ( Kalamycin)在汞膜电极上的电化学行为 ,并建立了导数阴极溶出方波伏安法测定卡那霉素含量的方法。在 p H 4.7的 HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,于 0 .1 2 6 V( vs. SCE)左右处出现汞 -卡那霉素络合物还原峰 ,卡那霉素浓度在 0 .0 2~ 1 .5mg·m L- 1之间与导数方波伏安图的峰高存在良好的线性关系 ,相关系数 r =0 .992 0。方法用于注射液中卡那霉素含量的测定 。
The electrochemical behavior of kalamycin has been studied in mercury film electrode, and an electrochemical method for the determination of kalamycin was established. In a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc (pH 4.7), Hg 2+-kalamycin complex produced a reduction peak at 0.126 V (vs. SCE). There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.02~1.5 mg·mL -1(r=0.992). The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and used for the determination of kalamycin.
