摘要
研究了糖精钠在 2 2 0~ 2 6 0nm的 1~ 6阶透光率导数光谱和吸光度导数光谱 ,透光率导数光谱的灵敏度大大高于吸光度导数光谱 ,但其抗干扰能力比吸光度导数光谱差。
A comparative study of 1st to 6th order derivative of transmittancy spectrum and absorption spectrum of sodium saccharin in the range of 220~260nm was made. It was found that the sensitivity of derivative transmittancy spectrum is much higher than the sensitivity of derivative absorption spectrum, but the ability of interference resistance of d nT /d λ n is lower than d nA /d λ n . Linearities between the characteristic peak intensities and concentrations of sodium saccharin were quite similar.
