摘要
采用Tessler的连续浸取程序 ,利用La Zr涂覆石墨管、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对土壤中不同形态锰的浸取与测定的条件进行了研究。经过对土样 3各形态的浸取液进行加标试验 ,其回收率在 90 %~ 110 % ,测定了一组土样 ,结果满意。
Tessler′s method of successive extraction was applied to the separation of different species of manganese in soil. Trace amounts of manganese of different species contained in the extracts were then determined by GF AAS using La Zr coated graphite tube. Recoveries tested by the standard addition method were in the range of 90%~110%. Satisfactory results were obtained in the speciation analysis of 4 samples by the proposed method.
