摘要
在室内盆栽条件下,研究了不同质量浓度钼酸铵浸种对鲜食油菜生长、Vc含量及全氮含量的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度的钼酸铵溶液浸种均能提高油菜整个营养生长阶段的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量和全氮含量。其中钼酸铵质量浓度为0.5~1.5g/L范围内,油菜鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量和全氮含量随钼浓度的升高而增加。尤其以钼酸铵质量浓度为1.0~1.5g/L溶液浸种效果较好,与对照相比,油菜鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量和全氮含量分别增加16.86%~40.36%,10.00%~24.76%,23.09%~42.89%,11.82%~32.82%,10.60%~18.24%。显著性测验分析表明,质量浓度为1.0g/L和1.5g/L钼酸铵溶液处理油菜种子与对照相比差异均达显著水平;质量浓度为2.0g/L钼酸铵溶液处理油菜种子的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Vc含量及全氮含量均低于质量浓度为1.5g/L钼酸铵溶液处理,但高于对照。
The effect of rape seeds being soaked in different Mo concentrations to rape growth, Vc and N Contents were studied. The results showed that different Mo concentrations could raise fresh weight (FW),dry weight(DW), chlorophyll content, Vc content and total N content of rape plants during different rape growth periods. Of all Mo concentrations, in the range of 0.5~1.5 g/L Mo concentration, FW, DW, chlorophyll, Vc and total N content increased with the rising of concentration, especially in the range of 1.0~1.5 g/L Mo concentration, it was the most effective. Compared with CK, FW, DW, chlorophyll, Vc and total N content increased 16.86%~40.36%, 10.00%~24.76%, 23.09%~42.89%, 11.82%~32.82%, and 10.60%~18.24% respectively. Obvious testing analysis results showed significant difference between 1.0,1.5 g/L Mo treatment and CK, but FW,DW chlorophyll, Vc and total N content of 2.0 g/L Mo treatment were lower than 1.5 g/L Mo treatment, and higher than CK .
