砧木对嫁接西瓜的生理影响

THE PHYSIOLOGICAL INFLUENCE ON GRAFTED WATERMELON OF DIFFERENT STOCKS

在三种不同的砧木(麻粒、专用砧、三用砧)上嫁接同一品种的西瓜,对西瓜苗期成龄叶的部分生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明,嫁接苗叶片中叶绿素含量与对照无显著性差异;可溶性糖含量较对照存在显著差异;蛋白质含量均显著低于对照;POD(过氧化物酶)活性、MDA(丙二醛)含量均低于对照;SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性均高于对照。其中以麻粒作砧木嫁接的西瓜叶片中含糖量最高、C/N最大,POD、MDA含量最低,SOD活性最高,是西瓜嫁接的优良砧木之一。

The same species watermelon was grafted on three different stocks and then the physiological indexes of the watermelon were determined. It showed that the chlorophyll content had no difference, but the soluble sugar content had marked a big difference between the grafted and CK, the content of protein and MDA and the POD activity were lower in grafted leaves, but SOD activity was lower in CK leaves. The soluble sugar content, C/N, and SOD activity were the highest, but MDA content and POD activity were the lowest in Mali, so it would be one of the best stocks for watermelon.
