摘要
为了探讨用组织培养的方法生产肉苁蓉药用成分的可行性,以肉苁蓉的茎片段、花为外植体进行了组织培养试验.结果表明,茎片段、子房外植体在添加2,4-D的培养基上诱导的愈伤组织分别呈块状、颗粒状,都为白色;而在添加KT的培养基上诱导的愈伤组织都呈颗粒状,黄绿色.添加KT,NAA的MT培养基对肉苁蓉愈伤组织的诱导及其生长效果最好.愈伤组织在从外植体母体上分割继代培养前,使愈伤组织与培养基接触培养15d后,有利于愈伤组织的生长.
To probe into the active ingredient production, the tissue culture is studied with the stem segment and flower of Cistanche salsa(C.A.Mey.) G.Beck. The result shows that when the medium contains 2,4D,the shapes of callus inducted from the stem and ovary explants are block and grain respectively and the color is white. But when the medium contains KT, the callus appears as grain and kelly. The findings show that the MT mediums containing KT,NAA have the best effects on the callus induction and growth. The callus is made to contact with the medium to culture for a certain time before they are separated from the mother explant for cotiune culture, as is good for the growth of the callus.
