摘要
为探讨用皮革蛋白粉替代鱼粉饲喂草鱼对草鱼生长及饲料利用的影响,以初始体重为(23.75±0.01)g的草鱼为试验对象,以皮革蛋白粉分别替代33.3%,50.0%,66.7%,83.3%的鱼粉,配制成5种等氮(CP为30%左右)、等能(GE为1.549×107J/kg左右)的饲料,在室内水泥池中进行为期45d的生长试验.结果表明,随着饲料中皮革蛋白粉使用比例的增加,草鱼的生长和饲料效率都呈下降趋势;当皮革蛋白粉替代33.3%的鱼粉时,其特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FCE)和蛋白质效率(PER)与对照组均无显著差异;当替代比例为50.0%时,其SGR与对照组差异不显著,但FCE,PER均显著低于对照组;66.7%和83.3%替代水平的SGR,FCE,PER均显著低于对照组;各饲料组间全鱼及肌肉组织的营养成分无显著差异.
A growth experiment is conducted in laboratory cement pool on juvenile of the grass carp,Ctenopharyngodan idellus. Five isonitrogenous (30% protein) and isoenergetic (1.549×107 J/kg gross energy) diets,with leather protein meal (LPM) replacing,33.3%,50.0%,66.7%,83.3% of fish meal,are formulated to examine the influence of different levels of LPM on growth and feed conversion efficiency (FCE). The results show that growth and FCE decreased with increaced incorporation levels of LPM. The specific growth rates (SGRs),FCE and PER in fish fed the diet with 33.3% of LPM and those of control group makes no signigicant difference. The SGR in fish fed the diet with 50.0% LPM and those of control group is of no significant difference,but there are significant differences in FCE and PER. The SGR,FCE,PER in fish with 66.7% and 83.3% of LPM are significantly lower than those of control group. There are no significant difference in nutrient of whole body and muscle among the diets.
